For us, everything revolves around searching, or more precisely, finding: We bring together top companies with top candidates. Our claim is to be the leading executive search / recruiting boutique in the field of future technologies. This quality standard is applied in research, the most critical part of every recruitment or headhunting mandate. We have our own highly professional research department. It includes specialists for specific sectors (e.g. environment, energy, electronics) as well as those responsible for cross-cutting issues (e.g. ICT, digitalisation / automation, storage systems).
 
 
Each mandate is accompanied by me personally, supported by experienced colleagues at all levels of the process. With a trained eye and comprehensive professional and entrepreneurial experience, we work together to find the perfect match between the vacant position and the potential of the available candidate.
 
We also move safely on the international stage. Founded in 2001, our company has meanwhile been able to establish firm customer relations beyond the German-speaking area in many parts of Europe, in North America and increasingly in Asia, also thanks to successful cooperation with like-minded partners. We will never lose sight of our medium-sized roots, our roots in the regions of Dresden / Saxony and Frankfurt / Rhine-Main - as your local personnel consulting boutique!

Under the title "One step ahead" (Einen Schritt voraus), the Süddeutsche Zeitung (SZ) reported on 24.06.2024 in its business section on p. 17 about a study conducted by Innofact on behalf of the SZ Institute to determine the best Executive Search consultancies in Germany.

According to the study, HR Personal Consulting took an outstanding 3rd place in a B2B target group survey to evaluate 177 well-known recruitment consultancies - thank you, dear customers!
