So-called Management Audits or Management Appraisals often describe very different methods to assess management skills. The aim of our Management Due Diligence approach is to attain as detailed a picture as possible of every single candidate’s skills and potential. The skills analysis mainly draws upon enduring key qualifications which will outlast the change, or may even enable it. Methods are used as appropriate in each case, always linked to the latest scientific findings. The spectrum ranges from structured interviews or practical tests all the way to complete 360° feedback with superiors, staff and colleagues involved in the assessment process.

We do not stop at analysis, of course: all of our processes finish with constructive recommendations for how change could be applied.
